What’s a “Dream Lab”?
Dream Labs are one of our most popular activities! Children get to create their very own sugar scrub, perfume, lipgloss, lotion or spa bubbles.  Children can add one of these create-your-own cosmetics to any of their day spa packages or parties. Some party packages already include this awesome addition!

How do I book a spa party?
To reserve a party date, simply call us at 617-800-0402. 
A signed contract along with a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

What happens if I cancel my party?
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in a 25% fee to your credit card based on the spa package you were booked in for.

Please be advised should the birthday celebrant fall ill; the party can be rescheduled for a weekday celebration at no additional charge. Should it be necessary to reschedule her celebration to a future Saturday or Sunday date, an additional charge of $100 will be applied. If there is no rescheduling the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and Dream Kid Spa will charge an additional $150.00 fee if your cancellation is within 5 days of your event.


Can siblings participate in the spa party? 
Our spa party packages are prepared prior to arrival based upon the head count given at the time of reservation. Therefore, we are not able to accommodate unexpected guests. Siblings of the guest of honour should be included in the final headcount for the party

What if a guest does not show up, do I still pay for that guest?
You will be charged for the final head count given 2-3 days prior to the party. 

Are parents welcomed to stay during the party?
Yes, parents are welcomed, however space is limited. We will have seats available for any parent wanting to stay. We ask that you give our staff a call or email f you require additional accommodations

What happens if a party is cancelled due to inclement weather?
If we must cancel your party due to extreme weather conditions, which result in dangerous driving conditions for our employees and guest, we will return your full deposit or work with you to reschedule your party

What sanitary precautions do you take?
Each event will have clean and washed towels and spa robes. All our bowls are cleaned and disinfected. Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications.

What happens if a guest arrives late?
Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Guests coming late may join the birthday party at whatever point it has progressed to.

Do I need an appointment?
We strongly suggest to book your spa appointment in advance. Our weekend appointments especially fill up fast. 

What ages does Dream Kid spa service?
Our spa caters to ages 3-15 years old.  

What makes your Manis & Pedi’s “mini”?
Our Manis and Pedi’s are tailored for children. For example, kids often have soft, sensitive skin and don’t need the use of metal tools to get a great mani or pedi.

Can Moms book a Pedi or Mani too?
On special occasion we may allow moms to book a spa service. Please remember our services are designed for kids and do not include the usage of sharp implements, blades, or other tools commonly used in adult-tailored pedicures.

What do I need to bring the day of the party?
During the services, we provide refreshments for our guest. We also have an amazing party room for your use. All food, cake, drinks, utensils, and paper goods must be provided by you.

When am I required to make the final payment for the party?
The final balance is due the day of your event before the party starts and will be based upon your final headcount verified 2-3 days prior to your event date.  We will not refund any monies for unexpected cancelled guests after final headcount has been received. Parties with more than 8 guests, not to exceed 12 guests, require an additional charge of $35 per guest. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate.

How does Dream Kid Spa ensure a safe environment?
We will not provide services to guests with communicable diseases (i.e. lice and warts). Visibly sick guests will be asked to come back when they’re all better.
All our spa utensils are single-use, disposable, and thrown out immediately after use. Dream Kid Spa uses hospital grade disinfectants for the cleaning of our spas.
We also work in conjunction with each of our regional health departments to ensure our spas are up to their standards.

Do you use real nail polish?

Dream Kid spa uses organic and all natural nail polish for all nail services. We do this for the safety of your children, and believe that using chemical free and non-toxic products is the best way to run our business. However, upon parent request we can provide adult nail polish for the kids’ service and adult services

How long does the party Last?

parties are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on your chosen party package and number of guests. We require 30 minutes’ set-up time before each party. Our parties operate per a set schedule; therefore, all parties must start on time (weather permitting). Under absolutely no circumstances, will we be able to wait for latecomers. They may join in, at the point of the party’s progression, when they arrive. If the party runs into overtime, due to no fault of the Dream Kid Spa parent or guardian of the child will be responsible for overtime fees (due upon receipt).

Do You us real Make UP?

Our make-up is entertainment purposes only. We exercise special care in being sanitary and using mild kid-friendly products that are especially sensitive to young skin. Although, we make no claims of being licensed professional technicians, cosmetologists, or aestheticians. Therefore, we take no responsibility for any allergic reactions of any party guest. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian, hosting the party, to alert Dream Kid Spa in advance, of any allergies that any of the children may have. Dream kid spa reserves the right to refuse services on any child, for any reason, that we feel may impose a health risk to others.

Why do Kids have to have their party at Dream, What’s so great about it?

Dreams are the most fun! We pride ourselves on providing a fun, interactive, Dream-filled bonding experience for all guests. Our staff is engaging, caring and well-trained. We also provide mini spa lessons where we teach children different tips and tricks on skincare, make up and most importantly, about their unique inner beauty. Children can explore our dream lap options and take advantage of the many create -your-own selections, bead it bar along with the custom Décor that ties it all together by Imperial Events Décor. Everything under one roof.
