While we do not provide Food, Beverages or cake. You are more than welcome to bring your own nut-free options, including cake, snacks, and beverages, or we can make recommendations to catering companies or establishments that can cater to the preferences and dietary restrictions of your guests.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate personal food items in our refrigerators due to food handling restrictions.

We do not provide plates, napkins, or cutlery for any party. We recommend that you bring your own supplies to accommodate your guests' needs.

YES, siblings of a kid- guest can be at the party, but may not do the spa services or other activities included in the Party Package (unless they are added as an additional child). We ask a maximum of 2 adults per child, outside of the birthday girl’s family.

Yes! Arriving late will deprive you and your guests’ valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Yes, parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany their children to our parties. All Dream activities, shows, and events, including birthday parties, are designed to be enjoyed by the entire family.

You are welcome to bring any specialized decorations that can be set up within your 15 minutes pre-arrival time. If you have any specific requests such as balloon columns, arches, props, or themed decorations, we recommend speaking to our event specialist for more details. They will be able to provide you with further information and assist you in planning your decorations according to your preferences.

Customers must pay their final payment on the day of the event. Based on the final head count confirmed seven days before your event.

It's important to note that all party packages are non-refundable. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your party without a fee if you notify us 7 days in advance of your event. Please keep in mind that if you do need to reschedule, a 20% administration fee will be applied to any rescheduling requests after the established period. If you have any further questions or need assistance with rescheduling, please let us know.

If we must cancel your party due to extreme weather conditions, which result in dangerous driving conditions for our employees and guest, we will return your full deposit or work with you to reschedule your party.

YES, the doors will open for you to come in 15 minutes prior to your party’s starting time.

Example: If your party is at 2 PM, you can come in to set up at 1:30 PM.

We do provide assistance. Our Dreamers and Supervisor will assist you in setting up your food, drinks, and decor if you arrive within 15 minutes of your party.

You are not responsible for cleaning up after the party. Our staff will clean up after your party ends.

If you do not arrive 30 minutes prior to the party commencing, we cannot guarantee that the Dreamers will have time to assist you with setup.

If any of your guests arrive late for the party, some of the spa services included in your package will be reduced or eliminated. This means that your late guests won’t receive all the spa services that were originally planned, as time won’t allow for everyone to participate. Your supervisor will inform you which services your late guests will miss and which ones they might still be able to enjoy.

For instance, if the activity is scheduled to take place within the first 30 minutes of the party, any guests who arrive after that time won’t be able to participate.

If you require an additional hour, it must be booked on the day you originally booked your time slot.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our clients, we adhere to strict protocols for all services.

Makeup Application: Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications. Direct contact with products is strictly avoided, except for lipsticks, which are applied using a disposable tool.

Health and Safety: If a child has lice, a visible nail infection, or damage, we will not provide any services. This information will be promptly communicated to the responsible adult present.

Sanitation: Water used for manicures and pedicures is changed and bowls are sanitized between each client. Additionally, mini-facials are applied using disposable tools.

Spa Maintenance: The spa is thoroughly cleaned and all surfaces are sanitized before each party. We prioritize maintaining a fresh and clean private venue for our clients throughout the event..

Our phone hours of operation are Tuesday thru Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm.

Each session will include towels and spa robes. After each use, we clean and disinfect our bowels and surfaces. We will not serve guests who have communicable conditions (such as nail fungus, damaged skin, or warts). Guests who are visibly ill will be requested to return when they have recovered.

All of our spa tools are single-use, disposable, and are discarded immediately after use. Dream Kid Spa cleans its spas using hospital-grade disinfectants.

We also collaborate with each of our regional health departments to guarantee that our spas meet their criteria.

Yes, to ensure safety, we recommend inquiring with your Dream party planner regarding the required adult to child ratio based on the age of the child guests. Safety is our top priority!

We strongly suggest to book your spa appointment in advance. Our weekend appointments especially fill up fast.

Our spa caters to ages 4-17 years old.  

Only weekdays, from Tuesday to Friday, are available for Groupon appointments. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from Groupon acceptance.

Yes! our Grown up and me Day spa visit is the only service that accommodates this request. However, for all of our manicures and pedicures, we only use standard polish and gel polish! Because we do not provide acrylic or dip powder services, toxins and fumes will not be present in your nail care experience.

Dream Kid spa uses organic and all natural nail polish for all nail services. We do this for the safety of your children, and believe that using chemical free and non-toxic products is the best way to run our business. However, upon parent request we can provide adult nail polish for the kids’ service and adult services.
